Indeed these employee's have superb training and obviously chosen because they have the skills and personalities to make the guest feel welcome and wanting to come back again. We are defnitely returning and in fact will be making our reservations Monday for another stay.
Great hotel! The kids loved the outdoor heated pool. Our suite was perfect and there are many restaurants within walking distance.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel last week and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location near restaurants and shopping. Local newspaper and USA Today was provided each day at the front desk. Breakfast was good. It was nice to be away from the constant traffic in Naples. We plan on staying at the Holiday Inn Express Bonita Springs on our next trip.
I stayed at your hotel during the Blues Festival and would like to say that this is the best hotel I've stayed at in several years. The staff was helpful and friendly, the amenities were perfect and the breakfast team, I take my hat off to! There were definitely on the ball and the food was fresh and tasty. Best breakfast bar I've been to. Thanks to all the staff and we'll be singing your praises to anyone travelling your way.
You have the most wonderful beds - the most comfortable pillows and comforters. Also, the showers were great - lots of hot water and plenty of pressure. The Front Desk people are the BEST, especially Kathleen and Tasha!!

Clean & Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, convenient location, and the best staff I've had the pleasure to deal with. Absolutely, I recommend this location. Fort Myers and Naples are in close proximity, along with the beaches.!
Hotel very well kept, friendly staff and quiet. Breakfast is as good as others if not a little better. Staff always concerned about your comfort and follow up with you to see that everything is acceptable. Rooms are clean, well kept and the housekeeping is very detailed. I travel extensively and this is one of the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at!
